Contract Manager

We're looking for a Contract Manager for a public sector organisation based in London (hybrid) on an initial 6-month contract, paying up to £574 per day (Inside IR35). This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in the London office (Tuesday mandatory, plus Wednesday or Thursday). The successful Contract Manager will take ownership of delivering a contract management strategy across an assigned portfolio, acting as a commercial business partner to directorates and empowering contract managers across the organisation. They will lead on supplier relationship management, contract performance reporting, pipeline monitoring, and pre-procurement and mobilisation activities, while also supporting capability building through training, guidance and best practice materials. You will need proven experience working with the following: - Contract and framework management, including supplier relationship management - Stakeholder engagement and business partnering across complex organisations - Delivering contract performance insights and portfolio reporting - Supporting pre-procurement and contract mobilisation activities - Working within public sector procurement policies and governance frameworks - Communicating commercial concepts clearly to non-specialist audiences Experience in one or both of the following categories would be beneficial: Works (construction, building refurbishment, maintenance and building security) or Indirects (digital services, facilities management, catering, heritage, professional services and people services). You'll need to hold or be eligible to obtain Counter Terrorism Check (CTC) clearance for this role. Eligibility for Security Check (SC) clearance is also required. Interested? Please apply below.
